At Weed Seeds Australia, we aim to provide a simple, reliable and discreet international delivery service. All our orders are currently dispatched from France and include a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment. Stealth Shipping: All orders are shipped in a small, plain white envelope that looks just like a regular personal correspondence letter. The packaging is discreet, with no unnecessary indication of the contents or Weed Seeds Australia branding on the outside.

Shipping from France

All Weed Seeds Australia orders are currently prepared and dispatched from France.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to monitor the progress of your parcel.

Please note that tracking information may not become active immediately. Depending on the postal service, the first tracking update may take a few working days to appear.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our average international delivery time is approximately:

Most orders arrive within approximately 10 working days after dispatch.

However, international delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally take longer depending on the destination, local postal service, customs processing, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Please note: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.

Tracked Delivery

Every order is shipped with a tracking number.

For international shipments, your parcel may initially be tracked through the French postal network and then through the postal operator of your destination country.

It is completely normal for international tracking to remain unchanged for several days while a parcel is travelling between countries or waiting to be processed by customs.

Customs & Import Regulations

International shipments may be inspected or processed by the customs authorities of the destination country.

Customs procedures are completely outside the control of Weed Seeds Australia and may occasionally cause additional delays.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the laws and import regulations applicable in their country, state, province or territory before placing an order.

Cannabis seed legislation varies considerably between jurisdictions. The fact that Weed Seeds Australia is able to dispatch an order to a particular destination does not constitute confirmation that the importation, possession or use of the products is legal in that jurisdiction.

Weed Seeds Australia cannot be held responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, confiscation or seizure resulting from the laws or regulations applicable at the destination.

Any customs duties, import taxes or administrative charges imposed by local authorities remain the responsibility of the customer.

Worldwide Shipping

Weed Seeds Australia ships to most countries worldwide.

A small number of countries or territories may be excluded due to postal restrictions, import regulations, legal requirements or logistical limitations.

If we are unable to ship an order to your destination, we will contact you and arrange the appropriate cancellation or refund.

Discreet Packaging

We understand that privacy is important.

Orders are packaged securely and discreetly. The external packaging is kept simple and does not unnecessarily advertise the contents of the shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Weed Seeds Australia cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement where an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the parcel has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to correct the address.

Delayed Shipments

International shipments can occasionally take longer than expected.

If your order has not arrived after the usual 7–10 working day delivery period, please check your tracking information first.

A shipment should not automatically be considered lost simply because tracking has not been updated for several days.

International transport, customs processing and local postal services can occasionally add additional time to the delivery.

Local Post Office Collection

In some countries, international parcels may be held at a local post office or collection point instead of being delivered directly to your address.

We strongly recommend checking your tracking regularly once the parcel has entered your country.

If tracking indicates that your parcel is awaiting collection, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect it within the timeframe established by the local postal service.
